In accordance with Section 1.08 of Article I of the Association Bylaws, an annual meeting of the association members shall be held during the month of February at a time and place designated by the Board of Trustees.

The same section of the bylaws also specifies (1) how email and U.S. postal mail will be used to announce the meeting date, time, and place and (2) how proxy votes are to be processed.
