Article II of the Association Bylaws addresses the Board of Trustees and specifies the powers of the Board, the duties of the Board, the number of trustees (6), the terms of office, the removal of a Trustee, the resignation of a Trustee, vacancies, and compensation (i.e. pre-approved expenses; but nothing for services rendered).

Article III of the Association Bylaws addresses the nomination and election of Trustees.

Article IV of the Association Bylaws addresses the meetings of the Board.

Article V of the Association Bylaws enumerates the officers (Chair, President, Secretary, Treasurer, and other officers elected by the Board (currently, this includes two (2) members at large). This article also sets the length of term for the officers/trustees at three (3) years.

All Trustees serve as volunteers and do not receive any salary.
