An annual fee is assessed to each residence for the purpose of maintaining common areas and funding operational costs.
AUTHORITY
The authority to levy an annual fee is found in the Association Bylaws; see the following:

2.03: Duties of the Board /
2.03 (c): Fix the amount of the annual assessment for each lot annually and to fix any adjustment in the annual assessment, if the Board determines that an adjustment is needed.
CURRENT ASSESSMENT
The annual assessment covers a calendar year (January 1 through December 31).
The current (2022) fee is $150. Typically, the fees are assessed in April and due in May.
The Board of Trustees is committed to keeping the assessment fee as minimal as possible.
